Training and education in Yeditepe University Medical Faculty consists of six years except English Preparatory year. The first  graduation ceremony of our Faculty was held in the academic year 2001-2002. Up to date the total number of graduates is 381. Today 485  students are enrolled in 6 phases. 

Basic medical science is aimed to be given during the first two phases and in the third year semester, all systemic diseases are planned in an integrated educational system. Clearkship programs were planned for phase 4 and 5 after having completed these phases, the students pass to the 6^th phase (family medicine). At the end of this year students are graduated as Medical Doctors.   The general review lectures are taken after 4 ^th phase and as a result, the percentage of general success of all graduates is increased to 40%. Our faculty has reached to the top ten rank among 41 medical faculties.    As a result of this training and education our purpose is to train our students to become medical doctors who know health problems and who can challenge with these problems using their knowledge, practical and behavioral skills, who practice ethically, who have skill in questioning and research.
