The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York, and Yeditepe University (YTU) in Istanbul, Turkey have collaborated to offer a joint Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Leadership (MML) degree program. Based on the existing MML degree in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) at RIT, this newly formatted program will be offered at Yeditepe University over a minimum of one year period, with courses taught at both RIT and Yeditepe by faculty from both institutes. At the end of the program, two M.Sc. diplomas from RIT and Yeditepe and a certificate for Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be given to successful students.Students enrolled in this exciting program will be offered a range of courses to help them develop advanced technical and leadership skills needed in today's competitive global economy.In this program, the two courses offered by RIT faculty will be given in Rochester in the summer over a period of one month. Other three courses offered by RIT faculty which qualify the student for the Supply Chain Management Certificate are given at Yeditepe University.The program has been approved by New York State and the Turkish Higher Education Council.
