Department of Local Governments and Governance Thesis/Non-thesis Master’s Program in Local Governments and Governance Our vision is to create a dynamism based on the interaction and cooperation of the worldwide spreading concept of governance with public institutions, local governments, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, international institutions and citizens. It is inevitable that this dynamism will find a great place in university programs. The Master’s Program for Local Governments and Governance is planned as a program for this age’s requirements. The success achieved in the public administration undergraduate program has led to the opening of a graduate program specializing in the field. With this program, we aim to improve knowledge about Local Administrations and Governance at a level of expertise.
