Dormitory Registrations for the 2026–2027 Academic Year
Dormitory registrations for the 2026–2027 Academic Year will be conducted between June 15–19, 2026.
Due to the high demand for dormitory accommodation, students are kindly advised to carefully follow the procedures outlined below and complete their applications on time to avoid any inconvenience.
Registration Renewal Steps
- Students must complete their dormitory application for the 2026–2027 Fall and Spring Semesters between 09:00 on Monday, June 15, 2026 and 17:00 on Friday, June 19, 2026 through a7.yeditepe.edu.tr.
- Students whose applications are approved will be notified via SMS on July 1, 2026. Annual payments must be made between July 1–6, 2026 through bank transfer (EFT), physical credit card payment, or virtual POS. The selected room fee plus a USD 500 deposit must be paid. Applications with incomplete payments will not be considered.
- For bank transfers, the student's full name and student number must be included in the payment description/reference field.
Requests for room changes will be evaluated after the dormitory placement process has been completed and only if vacancies are available.
Only one application is required. Applicants may select multiple room preferences within a single application.
The application form at a7.yeditepe.edu.tr will become active on June 15, 2026, at 09:00.

For students who have previously stayed in our dormitories:
- Health Report
- 1 copy of the ID card
- Criminal record certificate
For students registering for our dormitories for the first time:
- Health Report
- 1 copy of the ID card
- 2 passport photos
- Criminal record certificate
Students must bring the original documents required for registration on the day of dormitory placement.
